Amazing, an absolutely incredibly breathtaking experience that nobody should miss out on!
There is nothing quite like it on any system thus far!
Flower truly encompasses the pinnacle of creativity, exploration and immersion. An awe-inspiring, magical title that brings out beautifully vibrant and realistic visuals and audio of the Playstation 3 to another level!
Amazing, truly amazing!
Everyone needs to try this!
Thank you thatgamecompany, thank you Sony! 🙂

Flower impresses like flow before it. the devs at thatgamecompany have my respect. nothing quite like the media experience they have in mind. I would like to play their games in 3D in an imax theatre. my humble hidef setup will do for now…
Neil says
Congratulations! I have made it a point not to watch any of the recent trailers as I want the experience to be fresh.
chubigans says

Thank you for this wonderful piece of art! I got the game at around 2:30pm PST and I couldn’t put it down until 5pm.
I’m a fan of fl0w and now I’m a fan of Flower. Hope you make more games for the PS3 in the future.
famousmortimer says
Absolutely stunning game. Just simply amazing. I had to track you guys down just to let you know how much I am enjoying it. I’ve never stalked a game company to their website before 🙂
George says
Hey guys just wanted to say congratulations on the launch, i just finished level four and the game is everything I hoped and so much more, so thank you. Its funny that a smaller independent studio could be the first to succeed with the six axis ( imo)
Anyway I also wanted to add to what scott was saying . Ive been closely following the rise of the various 3D steroscopic and non steroscopic displays and this is the single best piece of content to showcase it that I have ever seen. I know without proper polorized screen and glasses you cant do steroscopic 3d at home ( the pc drivers that allow it arnt the new 3d tech and the red and blue steroscopic glasses work but are totaly lame) but I was wondering if you guys ever mocked anything up in the office . Ive heard though that next gen depth of field negates the 3d effect , and you guys have some of the most beautiful and strong examples of that.
Sorry for the butt kissing and the long comment hehe. I just stopped playing the game so Im still kinda riding high on it. Thanks again.
Mike says
Top work guys, I downloaded this last night and can honestly say that no other game has ever given me such an emotive experience, even flOw. Hats off to you all for creating something totally new.
Wis76 says
Wow.
A truly deep, visual and moving experience, thank you very much.
Rick says
Wow! I downloaded it in the evening and thought I’d just play the first part before going to bed… it’s about 1 AM now and I’ve just finished the game.. couldn’t put it down! Never thought a bunch of petals could tell such a gripping narrative!
TFster says
wonderful!!! THANK YOU for this amazing experience!
Kyle Wallace says
The game is absolute joy to play, and it’s one of the best games I’ve ever seen. The lighting, the frame-rate, the grass, the audio, the flowers, and the sense of wind and speed is incredible. It’s a truly beautiful game and it’s a work of art without all of the pretentiousness.
Fantastic!
Kasper Nielsen says
Man if you can’t get a decent payment for this sort of work…
I will lose any hope for humanity.
Seriously I have so much respect for what you are doing.
I am glad ya choose sony because thats why i bought a sony console over the compitition i believed in these sort of games to come up on that platform and luckely i was right. This is my experience with the brand PS delivering gaming experiences that expresses and explores the meaning of Art. So i really will wish ya luck with the sales.
Pete says
You have certainly foudn your blue ocean… I really like what you do and Flower is your best to date. I;m looking forward to showing my 3 yr old daughter the beauty of it. No pressure, no time constraints… just a visual langauge and elegant control system that invites play. Thank you.
A Fan says
Wow, thank you so much for this…
We have a dream… one day… humanity will start to… and humanity will stop doing…
You have this dream too! We can see it in your work.
We are happy to see you are bringing this dream into reality through gaming… thank you.
Keep flying ever-higher while paradoxically never loosing the virtues of the ground : )
Till we meet some day…
Susan says
I first saw mention of this game over a year ago. It has not left my mind since. Now, after downloading and playing, if only for an hour (I think it was an hour; I honestly lost sense of time), I’m trying to convince myself I’m not chocking up over the most beautiful play experience I have ever had. 13 months could not have paid off any more deeply. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
emiru69 says

Marta says
wow what a great game I got it from my boyfriend as a Valentine’s gift and we playing it since we bought it this afternoon. It’s an absolute fantastice feeling moving the wind by the sixaxxis controller. Yet another awesome game!!!!
Tekk says
This was a refreshing experience! It is great to see a gaming company do something different and do it so beautifully!
Adam says
flOw was really quite amazing on the PS3 (I’d followed it for a long time since i played the original on the PC a long way back), but Flower went and outdid it. It’s a brilliant little game, well worth the money, and far better than most of the generic games that come out these days.
I’d just like to offer a suggestion; whilst the first few levels were great, the fifth and sixth certainly weren’t as good, i’m not sure you should have gone down the “dark” root, which seems to be nearly everyone’s opinion. If you do make an expansion (as with flOw) i really hope you go back to the artistic design of the first couple 🙂
mike brown says
One of the best games ive ever played. Thanky you, for making it. Its not very often that i get emotional from games, but this did it for me on so many levels. This game (dont want to really call it a game tbh) and those that made it deserve awards and recognition. This is what “next gen” and innovation are really about. cheers guys.
Zoe says
Thank you for this amazing game. I enjoyed it thoroughly and couldn’t put the controller down before finishing this dream!
The greatest emotional experience with a game in ages. Beautiful.
Eric Pouhier says
Thank you guys, your creation is just awesome. I had nether had such an artistic experience with any computer game before … Peace … This is flower power, THANK YOU !
rez says
Thank you so much for this game! I wonder, was is by any means inspired by Disney’s Pocahontas (“you paint with all the colors of the wind…”)?
Anyhow, keep up the good work and let’s make this planet a better place, everybody.
Cheers.
Rez from Berlin, Germany
Jenova says
@rez I think colorizing inspirations we got are Disney’s Fantasia 2000 and Sony’s Bravia Adz
Anton says
Wow, love this game. My wife played through, I played through, our 5 year old daughter played and Granny and Grandad played too. Genius idea, great execution. I really hope it does well.
TOY_ROBOT says
I must say. This game blew me away.
Lungkisser says
Great job guys! Money well spent. Loved Cloud on PC, fl0w on PS3, and now Flower. Can’t wait to see what’s next! Cloud on PS3? Mmm…
Ian R. says
I’ve loved your work since fl0w, but I really struggle to find the words that capture how I feel about this game. So much about it is intangible, its something that can only be felt.
Thank you so much for making this game and others like it.
Your vision is singular and unique; Please do not stop the work that you’re doing.
Delta_03 says
fantastic game the gameplay and story just brought so many ideas and thoughts into my head of stories or films but what keeps me puzzled is what are the names of the songs there so soothing, but overall great graphics, great gameplay and great music a gamers fantasy
Adam says
Just coming back to comment again – I really don’t think a game has ever got such universal praise as this (Admitedly not quite all reviewers understand Flower, but those of the general public who have played the game have nothing bad to say about it). It’s a shame some people are missing out just because of their preconceptions though; a kind of “what’s the point if you’re not killing / beating anyone” attitude.
Kristof says
I just want to say thank you for making such a wonderful game. This is the type of gem that everyone should have. It’s truly been a privilege to have played this. I’m eagerly awaiting your next title.
Eduardo Gomez says
MUCHAS GRACIAS! Hope I can express this in my poor English: not much to add to what people commented here about the game play, the beauty and all that emotions people will have to play itself to feel, and also I’m full of hope that some day an expansion for Flower will show up on the PSN. Today You all (the game makers)must be feeling satisfaction and a huge responsibility for the games to come. But relax, please continue being yourselves, so unique, so fresh, so healthy. Because you made games without violence, only art and poetry. That’s because you have a mind that is pure, healthy and prolific! Oh, I almost forgot the built-in music composer! Yes, to all people who finished the game, start again and pay attention to the music score and what happens if you don’t follow the wind and take another path. Yeah, music conjunction WILL be different each time. That’s what is called replay value, or so (I speak Spanish). But I must say one thing I didn’t so on the comments so far:
The game is fully emotional from start to finish. It’s a pleasure to slow down the most possible, and to pass the same spot at full speed later (you know, making flower-music play!). But to me guys, and now I sit up to applause, the most EMOTIONAL part of the game was that fantastic CREDITS-level! Flower is so beautiful, that the final credits conform an extra level. You all at the dev. team (my dear friends from now on), made me cry of emotion playing with every name, because it’s the most original and playful way to put your names where you deserve them to be. It’s a soulful and deserved homage to each person that made the game possible. Excuse the length of this, but I’m shocked and happy. IMHO, you don’t need to think of the next game: enjoy this baby that was born just 5 days ago. Let it grOw! (ha ha! Simply coincidence…No pressure at all, guys/girls)
A new Hope was born on February 12th, 2009. Let it grOw. Let it be.
What a wonderful game… What a wonderful game. What a wonderful game!
Impressed says
Just finished, all I can say is breathtaking. Level design makes you feel closer to this faceless wind thing than any other character in any other game, iv never felt so immersed. When i was first shocked by one of the metal things I felt more hurt and betrayed than ever before. Thank you for the first real out of body experience.
DeadRed says
I don’t think I’ve ever teared up during a game before. I just feel so… happy.

Beautiful game. I’m hoping there will be a patch soon for more. Please do continue making this great game. At first I was questioning the “dark level” but it all made sense. This is exactly how life is in the real world. The good and bad exist but good will always prevail in every disaster. I wonder if the game creaters thought of the World Trade Center disaster. I was moved when I saw the two towers reach to the sky again. I saw the positive message there…
Next time I would give the option to use the analog sticks to move. Some may prefer this to the sixaxis.
The msic was awesome also. I really like the guitar melody when sitting idle at the flower icon on hte Playstion game menu.
So lets see another patch soon….

Wow! Wow!
I love this so much – I feel so crazy telling friends about it as they only imagina playstation to be about fighting and crashing cars and stuff -this is so beautiful – I feel that its like a work of art – the atmospheres -the rain,it made me smile so often..
I havent got to the end yet, i am in a scary place of falling sizzling electricity and pylons, but that makes it more exciting, and not so “idealistic” or “hippyfied”,if it was all positive with no effort…the darkness really adds to the experience so far!
I have played a level each day – that enough!
I dont want it to end too soon!

Hey I live in Singapore and I want to buy this game but its like 22 Feb and I can’t find it on the Playstation Store.
Andrew Turner says
I’ve just finished Flower, and that was the most sublime, perfect, moving experience I’ve ever had from a video game. I could spend hours flying across the fields, ruffling the grass, feeling the wind through my leaves, finding more flowers to join in the experience.
Thank you for such an amazing game.
P.S. Please release the soundtrack!
John Edwards says
Daniel Boey, the Asian region PSN requested Flower a little later than the others. We just sent the game off to them, though, so hopefully it will be online in a week or two.
MAiKU says
Thank you guys so much for creating such a unique game. truly a wonderful piece.
lxDengar says
Thank you for a wonderful game. I love it, and my 4 year old thinks its great. Please let us know the *second* you have more content!
Ingrid says
She was a middle age french woman. Never really understood how one could play in front of a PS3.
And one day she was sent Flowers.
And in one night, she was caught.
Finally someone, somewhere had realized that there are people who loved playing, fun, emotions, sensations, without having countdowns, blood, orders shouted, or to cheat to get infinite lives…
She loved it, and let the door open.
Thanks so much for her!
geraldine says
You guys should sell a big Fan with that game! My breath is holding while flying – i love it!
