We have recently learned that Edmund McMillen, Indie developer extraodinarre (Gish, and most recently, the incredible Aether), has been admitted to the hospital for surgery to remove his gall bladder, after having fallen incredibly ill. He and his wife have no health insurance.

So, if you’ve ever considered purchasing one of his awesome games, or just plain would like to give him some money to help him through this, I’ve included links below. If nothing else, do it because he’s a developer you should be giving your money to. No amount is too small, so give a thought to skipping that pumpkin-spice latte tomorrow, or that EA Sports title you were lookin’ at buying, or consider the money you’ve saved by downloading copies of Nintendo games onto your R4, and throw that cash his way. Heck, he’ll even give you every single one of his games in return.
